We work with the Executive and Legislative branches of government to monitor sectoral regulation and legislative processes.

Monitoring of public policies, legislative proposals, and regulatory acts that directly or indirectly affect the client's activity;
Preparation of strategy considering the legal, political, economic, and social aspects of the issues addressed;
Institutional and governmental relations (interaction with the various stakeholders, public policy makers, decision makers, public and private actors, through participation in public hearings, meetings, events, and others);
Preparation of positions (opinions, technical notes, and drafts of proposals or rules) for presentation to congressmembers and authorities.
